I had bought this computer bag once before and used it for 5 years before an issue with the retractable handle meant I had to replace it. The original bag that I bought included a shoulder strap, which I found to be very useful. I reordered the bag from my order history, but when the new one arrived it no longer had the shoulder strap. I really wanted the shoulder strap. That is the only reason I rated this 4 stars instead of 5. The bag is well made and the side access for the computer is very helpful during travel. But I'm greatly disappointed that the manufacturers have eliminated the shoulder strap. I don't know why they did that, but if my two cents matter, I'd would love to see it restored.
