Product has plenty of effects and song building tools very useful addition to small home studioGreat product value for your money good looking baby big bucks to youFor the $100 price tag on the ASIO device, sound quality is very good. Very clean, solid state hiss barely perceptible. I got the set which has headphones plus instrument and mic cables. The Samson headphones and the cables are rubbish (hence the 4* rating). If you want decent, reasonably priced headphones to use with this, get the Sony MDR-7506 Studio Monitor headphones.Pretty versatile device to run a mic and instrument simultaneously. Outputs to a headphone jack and/or RCA stereo. Unfortunately, it's only got a single level control for both outputs and no way to disable one of the outputs, so if I'm using headphones, I need to either disconnect or power down my external speakers.YahIf you are just doing voice with nothing playing through the headphones im sure it sounds fine but if you have any audio playing through the headphones and you also have voice monitoring on you will not hear your voice at all because any audio coming in through the headphones will be 90% louder than the voice monitoring. Other than that its a good device.I've had mine for years! Can't go wrong with Focusrite!! Whether you are recording or just practicing, it's exactly what you need!!I purchased the Focusrite Scarlett Solo USB Audio Interface (2nd Generation) Bundle because i needed an audio interface for studio monitors and headphones because I produce music on my computer using midi controllers. This bundle is great because of the headphones, XLR cable and the line cable included, so that when you receive this, if you already have an XLR mic and or a line instrument then you can immediately hook them up. The headphones have surprisingly good feedback, the lows and bass come thru great and the highs and mids are great which make for decent studio headphones and that what makes the bundle such a value. So if you need an interface for beat making, guitar playing and recording or vocal recording then this is the bundle for you. Buy it!Fantastic product, does everything I need it to do! No complaints here.My XLR cable was not working so I spent a lot of time trying to set up. Finally had to take my computer and mic and xlr to Best BuyTo the geek squad and they helped. Me. I had to buy a new xlr cable. Then all was well.Takes awhile to figure ut out, good tutorials though. Still learning
