I have had many of my beginning voice students purchase this book for use in the studio. I find that we use every song in the book, unlike many compilations where only a few songs are used. It has a combination of fast and slow tempo peices, most are suitable for young male or female singers as well as adults. The students really seem to enjoy this music because it is easy, but has mature lyrics unlike many compilations for beginners.
