this is my go-to late night cup-they used to offer small batches of high quality rare teas they were quite exceptional one thing i have noticed as of late, when i pour the water over the leaves they used to float up to the top and then settle down to the bottom as it steeped-it doesn't do that anymore. also i often wonder it the japanese teas are contaminated from the fukashima earthquake and subsequent meltdown. in addition, the wuyi oolong is fantastic !
