I never received my order. Upon my inquiry with shipper I was told it was delivered a a hospital which is 25 plus miles from my home and in a completely different zip code. Makes no sense. I was unable to make my Holiday pastries.I have been using this product for more than 5 decades in a variety of baked goods. The flavor is a deeply satisfying almond taste. The ingredient has changed from its original use of cane sugar to corn syrup. Which I find the texture to be a bit more gooey. I prefer the original recipe, which most folks wouldn't remember or know about.
